Our sources have just revealed to us the comedian DL Hughley has landed a job on one of New York’s hottest radio station’s KISS FM.Hughley joins the ranks of fellow comedian Rickey Smiley, J Anthony Brown, and Steve Harvey as being a comedian on the radio although his show will not be syndicated.
Hughely accepts the role on the radio right after his wildly controversial show on CNN titled D.L. Hughley Breaks The News was cancelled- on the heels of stating that the Republican National Convention “literally look[s] like Nazi Germany”. Word is Hughley also approached CNN about being permanently based in Los Angeles, where his family lives. To accommodate this, CNN agreed upon a new role where he will be a contributor for the network based in Los Angeles despite his show being cancelled.
With KISS FM it looks like Hughley will be broadcasting from Los Angeles.
