Is Miguel Nunez Jr. Set To Play Tiger Woods?!

Is this a coincidence or what? We heard that Spike TV ordered a single-camera pilot television project titled Back Nine, starring John Schneider (formerly of The Dukes of Hazzard fame) as Ronnie Barnes, a has-been former US Open champ who travels the US competing in small-time tournaments in hopes of qualifying for the PGA Tour.

What really makes this story interesting is that traveling with Ronnie is Tiger, his sex-addicted caddy and comedic actor Miguel Nunez is taking on the role.

Jason Filardi and Mark Perez are writing the project as well as direct the pilot and executive produce with John Lynch. Spike TV originally green lit the Back Nine script a year ago with the sex-addicted character named Tiger as part of the plot early on, obviously without having any indication of what was going to happen to the real Tiger Woods despite any of the rumors you may have heard.

Jamie Foxx To Play A Villain In His New Role!

Our sources today have disclosed to us that Jamie Foxx is about to sign on in another film, but this time is he going down the same path that Denzel Washington did as a villain named Alonzo in the film Training Day? Well, the simple answer is yes.

We have learned that Foxx is about to sign to play a villain in the new film titled Kane & Lynch: Dead Men which is another video game adapted film.

We hear that actor Bruce Willis has already signed on to the project as Kane, a death row inmate who is sprung from jail to recover a pinched fortune. It’s a task that he must complete along with a schizophrenic killer called Lynch, which is the role being offered to Foxx.

The difference of any other big screen adaption from a video game is that this film is bringing two well known actors as leading roles. Expectations are about to be pretty high for this action drama.

We also hear relatively unknown scribe Kyle Ward has written the script (he’s also signed on for Hitman 2), and no word has been set yet for a release date.

*** Updated*** Bill Bellamy Bounces Back In New Role In Meet The Browns!

Our sources have just told us that there is some good news for comedic actor Bill Bellamy; after being replaced as the host from his gig on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and after discovering that TV One is not going to renew Bill Bellamy’s Who’s Got Jokes?, we discovered today that Bellamy is STILL going to be on television!

That’s right, we hear that Bellamy is about to join the Tyler Perry camp as he recently landed a new gig to play a reoccurring character as Terri Vaughn's boyfriend on Meet The Browns. No word yet on how many episodes he will appear in, but we hear that this character is going to bring a “little something” to the role, as only Bellamy can bring.

We also hear that Bellamy camp is having conversations with other production companies to land a role in a film and he also has several other television projects in the works. More on this as it develops.

As we reported Bill Bellamy is makin' some more moves and we discovered that Bellamy has a guest appearance on the ABC drama titled Castle, as he gets to show off his acting chops in a dramatic role on that show.

But Bellamy is not leaving behind comedy roles as he is in the upcoming film titled Lottery Ticket with Mike Epps, Ice Cube, Brandon T. TV One Cancels Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes?!

We just discovered another bombshell; our sources have disclosed to us that TV One is NOT going to renew the next upcoming season of Bill Bellamy’s Who’s Got Jokes, despite coming off its most successful season.

Our sources have stated that TV One has decided to go the route of reality shows and documentary such as they’re very successful Unsung series that has been gathering huge ratings for the network.

After four successful seasons, Who’s Got Jokes can say that they discovered many comedian in the same vein as Russell Simmon's Def Comedy Jam did on HBO, as they made several comedians such as Ron Gee, J Reid, D’Lai and others household names.

Doug Williams Out As Host Of Martin Lawrence's 1st Amendment?

Today our sources have told us that comedian Doug Williams, who is the co-creator and Executive Producer and HOST of the Martin Lawrence 1st Amendment Show that has run on the Starz Network for the last four years, is stepping aside as the Host of the show as it begins filming it’s fifth season.

Our sources have also disclosed that the show’s producers is possibly thinking about replacing Williams with a new female host that would bring a different flavor to the show.

It should be noted here that the sources stated that is was Williams' decision to step aside and that since he is still involved in many aspects of the show, it looks like he thought it was time for him to step aside and bring in something new and fresh to the show. As a matter of fact, if you recall, at the end of the last episode of last years tapings, Williams even stated that he might not return.

As you may or may not know, the Martin Lawrence 1st Amendment Show is one of the highest rated shows on the Starz Network and has been climbing in the ratings every year since its debut. No official word from the network, but we will let you know as soon as we find out!

Martin Lawrence's 1st Amendment Begins Recruiting Comics For New Season

We just discovered that the Starz Network's Martin Lawrence's 1st Amendment, that has been shooting for the last four years, is gearing up for another season as they are recruiting comedinas for this upcoming season.

But the biggest news is going to be if they are going to bring back comedian Doug Williams, (who was the original host of the show) as there have been rumors that Williams may not return to the show. Add all that up, plus we hear that the producers are looking for an up- and coming comedian to host  the new season is stirring up a lot of rumors in the comedy world.

So, if this story is true we will reveal the Host once we confirm the story and as the story develops.
